What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

You can reschedule for free if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If you cancel within 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds.

Do I need to pay a deposit or is the full payment required?

Our service is prepaid. You must pay the full amount at the time of booking using a credit card via our secure payment platform.

What areas do you service, and are there any additional travel fees?

We provide services in the Greater Montreal area and within a 60 km radius. For locations beyond this, a travel fee of $2 per km will apply, and we will inform you of the additional cost after booking.

How do I book a character for my event?

You can book a character directly through our online booking system, selecting your desired hero, date, and event package. For custom requests or special programs, feel free to reach out to us via email or phone.

Are your performers professional and safe for kids?

Absolutely! Our performers are highly trained to stay in character, and they’ve studied the movements, behaviors, and speaking patterns of the heroes they portray. They are professional, kid-friendly, and ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests.

Can I take photos and videos of the hero?

Yes, guests are allowed to take photos and videos with the character. Additionally, we offer professional photography and videography packages if you’d like to capture high-quality memories.

What are the requirements for hosting a hero at my event?

Clients are responsible for providing a safe space, maintaining a temperature between 15 and 25°C, ensuring appropriate guest behavior, and offering a private room for the performer to prepare and put on the costume (which can take up to to 45 minutes).

What is the minimum and maximum time for a hero appearance?

You can book a hero for 1, 2, or 3 hours. Each performer will take a 10-minute break per hour, but these breaks are not counted towards the booked time.
