Step 4. Receive Your Video - You’ll receive the completed video via email within the agreed-upon timeframe. Simply download and share the video with your recipient to brighten their day!
Step 5. Enjoy and Share - Enjoy the keepsake, and feel free to provide feedback to help us improve future experiences.

Service Overview: Personalized videos are pre-recorded messages from our character performers, customized based on the client’s provided information (e.g., name, special message, or interests).

Booking and Payment:
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm the service.
- This is a prepaid service, and we do not offer refunds once the video recording process has begun.

Customization:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate details for the customization (e.g., name, age, occasion, special interests). Please double-check all information before submitting, as adjustments may not be possible after recording.
- Requests must align with our family-friendly content guidelines.

Delivery:
- Personalized videos will be delivered via email or a secure download link within 48 hours of booking confirmation, depending on availability.
- Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Revisions and Changes:
- We allow one round of minor revisions, provided the request does not involve re-recording the entire video. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
- Full re-recordings due to client errors in the provided information may incur additional charges.
