Virtual Meeting Process

Step 1. Book Your Meeting - Choose your character, preferred date, and time, and complete the booking form with details about the recipient to help us personalize the experience

Step 2. Receive Your Confirmation - Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the meeting link and instructions. Make sure to check your email for details and test your internet connection in advance.

Step 3. Prepare for the Meeting - Set up a quiet, well-lit space for the best experience. We recommend planning a short buffer time around your scheduled slot to allow for potential delays.

Step 4. Enjoy the Live Interaction - Click the provided link at the scheduled time to join the meeting. Our performer will engage with the recipient in character, bringing the hero to life for a memorable experience.

Step 5. Follow-Up - After the meeting, feel free to share feedback with us to help improve future experiences.

 

Terms of Services : Virtual Meetings

  • Service Overview: Virtual meetings are live, interactive sessions with our character performers, typically lasting around 5 minutes, conducted via the client’s preferred video platform.

  • Booking and Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session.
    • This is a prepaid service, and no refunds are provided except in cases of technical failure on our end.
  • Scheduling and Buffer Period:

    • Clients are required to schedule the virtual meeting at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Due to potential delays caused by previous sessions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in the scheduled start time. We recommend that clients allow for a buffer period in their schedule to avoid feeling pressed for time if a delay occurs.
  • Technology Requirements:

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functional webcam, and microphone. We recommend a quiet space and good lighting for the best experience.
    • We are not responsible for connectivity issues on the client’s end that may affect the meeting quality.
  • Privacy and Recording:

    • The meeting is private, intended only for the client and specified recipient, and no recording will be made unless agreed upon beforehand.
    • Sharing or public broadcasting of the virtual meeting without permission is prohibited.

  • Content Guidelines:

    • Our performers are dedicated to creating a family-friendly experience. Please avoid requests for inappropriate language or actions.
    • Specific requests or preferences (e.g., topics, phrases) should be provided during booking to allow the performer time to prepare.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • Clients may reschedule their meeting free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
    • No refunds are given if the client cancels the meeting or fails to attend.
  • Performer Safety and Conduct:

    • Our performers maintain a professional, positive environment. Any inappropriate requests or behavior toward the performer may result in immediate termination of the session.
  • Limitations of Liability:

    • We are not liable for personal or emotional reactions from recipients, and we recommend that parents or guardians are present for children under 12.
